They both came to understand (better than I did) what I was looking for in a loveseat, chair, and ottoman. It is really nice to be able to walk into a furniture store and know that EVERYTHING inside is non-toxic for my family. I purchased a loveseat from Ross Endicott. I needed one that was non-flame retardant and as non-toxic as posible. Ross was very knowledgable, caring and honest. He gives customer service at a platinum level. This, in my opinion, is sadly rare in our modern times. My couch arrived and was completed and shipped ahead of the expected time. It is a thing of beauty and made to last. The fabric looks sophisticated and durable ,as well as being safe for my family. I purchased the Michaela Loveseat in Montego 5 Slate. It is stunning! We are delighted with the beautifully designed, smaller-scale furniture we purchased through this wonderful store. After seeing it in person, the actual choice of fabric and everything else was done through telephone calls and e-mail. Ross was patient and extremely detail-oriented, which made the whole transaction--including cross-country shipping--extremely easy.
