DELIVERY SERVICE AREAS – NATIONAL AND LOCAL

Our local delivery area is defined as within a few hours’ drive from our store in Scarborough, Maine. We do provide delivery services for most of Maine and New England using our own vehicles and/or a local service.  Service availability is subject to availability of equipment and labor.

Endicott Home Furnishings, LLC and Condofurniture.com operate one physical store in Scarborough, Maine. From this location, we sell but do not ship discounted floor models of wooden and upholstered merchandise subject to certain terms and conditions: all floor model sales are final, as-is, with no returns, exchanges, or store credit allowed. Some models are needed for us to show and write orders – we do not have multiples of our designs. In such cases, we require the floor model to stay on our shop floor until its replacement arrives. Floor models are for local consumption: We generally don’t pack floor models to ship outside our local delivery area due to the high cost of packing and shipping “less-than-truckload” (LTL) cargo from our store to go long distance to a residential address.

National delivery of sofas and other upholstery is available through an experienced white glove delivery service that is based near the factories in NC that produce our own designs. Not all states are covered, and in some cases we will need to ask more information to accurately quote inside home delivery service. Contact us for a quote or specifics.

Note: Our home delivery contractors are not permitted to move your furniture out of the way, as they are on a tight schedule with many stops and insurance only covers them for moving in what you have purchased from us. It is solely the consumer's responsibility to make sure the furniture ordered will not only fit where it is intended to go, but pass though all walkways, doorways, hallways, etc. into the space. Request our "Prep before visiting" document for guidance on how you might move in a piece wider than a door’s width, but again, it's up to the consumer to make sure things will fit - no returns on custom orders.
