- Vintage Single Pedestal Dining Table - At 36" x 36" closed up, this is an attractive single pedestal table you'll be proud to show off. Most pedestals deserve to be hidden - this one won't make you cringe! The top opens to add two leaves 12" wide to make a longer 36" x 60" to seat six. The thick top and classic styling can be easily changed to something else - oval, round, etc. See the many options on the photo below. With this type of pedestal, one person can open the table from one end; geared tracks push the opposing side away from you as you pull the side closer to you.
